Product Details
1. Deck Angle Adjustable. Without shutting down the equipment, you can adjust the deck angel by turning the up and down the handle to adjust the front spring pedestal.
2. PTS screen with longer service life. PTS is pre-tensioned plane screen, which makes the drilling fluid come out evenly and can achieve good sieving effect. The use of high-strength and anticorrosion materials prolongs the service life of the screen.
3. Design of Slightly Cylindrical Hill Deck. Designing slightly cylindrical hill deck is helpful for screen tension and more close to the deck, which can improve the sieving effect.
4. Fully Sealed Structure. The fully sealed structure prevents solid particles from leaking into the tank.
5. Equipped with Splashing Protection (option). The shale shaker is equipped with a new type of shutter-type splashing protection. It has a splashing protection cloth rolling around the reel, which can be pulled out and hung in the former to cover the entire fluid splashing area. Shutter structure helps save space and has a good effect of splash protection.
