HCP Centrifugal Pumps - The TSC Highlight™ centrifugal pump includes HCP, HCP118, HCP178, HCP2500, HCP-S, HCPG, and PF types.
HCP type pumps are mainly used for transferring slurry on land rigs or offshore rigs.
HCP type pumps are rated for continuous service in applications up to 200 hp and are available in hard iron, and high chrome with capacities up to 3,400 gal/min and pressure head up to 550 ft. Some sizes are offered with a counterclockwise rotation giving the user more flexibility.

Product Details
1. HCP centrifugal pumps are heavy-duty pumps. The 3×2×13 through 8×6×14 pumps feature the same power end, which ensures production and reduced spare part inventory requirements.
2. Standard models are equipped with a heavy-duty 2½ in alloy steel shaft protected from wear by a stainless-steel shaft sleeve, double row outboard bearings, and inboard roller bearings.
3. Open impeller design to lower axial thrust load and equipped with impeller retention bolt to eliminate damage in a reverse run. Wide vane impellers allow for improved fluid flow dynamics and high fluid volume.
4. Offered with a mechanical seal or packed option.
5. Available in hard iron, aluminum bronze, high chrome, and stainless steel to accommodate a variety of applications.
6. Single-piece casing.
7. Oil lubrication for bearings is available upon request and recommended for pump speeds in excess of 2400 RPM.
