HMC Mud Cleaner

The HMC mud cleaner is specially used in eliminating the cuttings in the drilling fluid and recycling the drilling fluid.

In normal circumstances, the desander assembly is used to eliminate particles sized from 44μm to 74μm, the desilter assembly from 20μm to 44μm, and the shale shaker is used to recycle drilling fluid and barites.

1. Flexible utilization. The mud cleaner can be used in four types of combinations:

Ø desander & shale shaker

Ø desilter & shale shaker

Ø desander & desilter & shale shaker

Ø directly used as shale shaker

2. A variety of cyclones to choose from. A variety of cyclones are available for selection, such as polyurethane cyclones, iron-shell polyurethane cyclones, and ceramic cyclones.

3. Adjustable underflow of the hydrocyclones. When the underflow of the hydrocyclones is too much or too dry, it can be adjusted by replacing the nozzles.

4. Economization of space. Combining desander, desilter, and shale shaker compactly, the HMC mud cleaner can effectively save the precious space on the mud tank.

5. Deck Angel Adjustable without stop. Without shutting down the equipment, you can adjust the deck angle by turning the up and down the handle to adjust the front spring pedestal.

6. PTS screen with a longer service life. PTS is a pre-tensioned plane screen, which makes the drilling fluid come out evenly and can achieve a good sieving effect. The use of high-strength and anticorrosion materials prolongs the service life of the screen.

7. Design of Slightly Cylindrical Hill Deck. Designing a slightly cylindrical hill deck is helpful for screen tension and  closer to the deck, which can improve the sieving effect.

8. Fully Sealed Structure. The fully sealed structure prevents solid particles from leaking into the tank.
