LNG Fuel Supply System

The self-developed and manufactured low-pressure LNG fuel supply system by TSC has been in operation on actual vessels for one year and is currently functioning normally. TSC can package C-type tank products to meet customer demands, placing the LNG system's equipment piping within the tank's cold box TCS, resulting in a space-saving, safe, and reliable solution. Moreover, in response to market needs, TSC has also collaborated with MAN to design and sell high-pressure FGSS systems.
Product Description

LNG Fuel Supply System - HP FGSS is applicable to MAN GI Engine, which is pressurized LNG to more than 300bar by PVU. The methane escape of MAN GI engine is about 1/10 of MAN GA engine. LP FGSS is mainly suitable for otto-cycle gas engine, and the pressure normally won’t exceed 16bar; The entire FGSS system can also contain a gas boiler and GCU for BOG disposal.

Installation

1. Confirm the vessel design drawings and system interface requirements, and complete technical clarification.

2. Prepare necessary installation tools, equipment, and safety protection measures.

3. Transport the prefabricated fuel supply system module to the installation site and use lifting equipment to position it in the designated area.

4. Complete the base fixation of the module according to the ship's structure, ensuring that the levelness and stability meet the design standards.

5. Connect the transfer pipelines, auxiliary system piping, and control cables, ensuring sealing performance and electrical system integrity.

6. Conduct individual and integrated debugging of the supply system to verify the performance of each subsystem, including bunkering, supply, and control safety functions.
