WF Series Mud Pump

Overview

WF Series Mud Pump is a critical component in the drilling fluid circulation system. Its structure primarily consists of: Power End，Fluid End, Auxiliary Lubrication System, Auxiliary Spray System, Discharge Line.

The motor drives the crankshaft to convert rotary motion into reciprocating motion. Through the coordinated action of suction and discharge valves, it pressurizes drilling fluids with high viscosity, high density, and significant solids content, ultimately injecting high-pressure fluids into the wellbore.

WF (WORK FORCE™) series mud pumps are high performance mud pumps independently developed by Qingdao TSC, its advantages include compact structure, light weight, small footprint and high efficiency etc.

The input horsepower of the WF series mud pumps is from 500HP to 2200HP. The max. discharge pressure can reach 7500psi. There are a variety of models available to meet the various requirements of drilling, workover etc.

Different fluid end assembly can be fitted to the pump according to the customer’s requirement. It’s benefit for the customer to order and operate the expendable parts.

1. Rigid, fabricated oilfield-style frame and skid providing a stable operating platform.

2. Fabricated crankshaft with forged core to minimize vibration and ensure longevity.

3. Integral herringbone gear with gear grinding.

4. Bearing and gear are designed for a minimum of L10 life or 30000 hours at a rated load.

5. Super Bolt for main bearing, easy to assemble and disassemble.

6. High-strength steel is used in all critical components, increasing reliability.

7. Cast crossheads and guides to maximize longevity.

8. Force lubrication.

9. Optional high chrome iron sleeve liner or ceramic liner.
