HSJ series of pin-type hydraulic jacking systems is a special Jacking system developed for offshore wind power installation and service platforms. The whole Jacking system consists of three parts: mechanical structural parts, hydraulic power system and electrical control system. Based on the Yoke and Pin Jacking System, it is characterized by simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, reliable work, low cost, etc.
HSJ-2800TS is applied to Jiangsu Dayang's 500T and 600T jack-up wind power installation and maintenance platforms (4 ship sets), and HSJ-4000TS is applied to Jiangsu Dajin's DJHC8067/68/69/70 800T jack-up wind power installation and maintenance platforms.

1. The jacking system adopt single acting hydraulic cylinder jacking. The structural style is simple, reliable and easy to operate.
2. If one of the pump sets of the HPU fails, the system can still operate normally and run at a reduced speed.
3. The Jacking system consists of stationary elements, travelling elements, hydraulic cylinder, plug pin assemblies, buffer components, guide structure, HPU, control and monitoring system, and is based on the Yoke and Pin Jacking System.
4. The jacking system uses the pin engage with the leg pin hole and hydraulic cylinder retract or extend, to raise or lower the hull in relation to the legs in the elevated condition or to raise or lower the legs about the hull in the afloat condition.
