1. TSC manufactures and distributes mud pump fluid end assembly for almost all popular pumps include EMSCO, Gardner Denver, NOV etc.
2. The high strength alloy steel fluid end module produced by the company is made of high-quality alloy steel with heat treatment, these modules machined to perfection and packaged for delivery with anticorrosion protection. The mechanical properties are improved, and the service life and storage aging are greatly extended.
3. TSC offers a full range of mud pump expendables pistons for both triplex and duplex pumps, including bonded urethane pistons, replaceable rubber pistons.
4. TSC piston rods are made with premium-grade, heat-treated alloy steel. The rods offer excellent resistance to fatigue, corrosion and heavy loads. A full line of piston rods is available for various pumps.
5. TSC mud pump liners are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed the original equipment specification and API standards for almost all types of mud pumps in use today. Include high chrome iron sleeve liner and zirconia liner.
6. TSC offers a full range of valves and seats. They are full open valve and seat, 3 web design valve and seat, 4 web design valve and seat.
7. TSC extension rods are made from high-strength alloy steel, heat-treated or chrome-plated. The rod offers excellent resistance to fatigue, corrosion, and heavy loads. They are so machined and polished to ensure a perfect seal for the protection of the mud pump gear end.
8. TSC offers a broad range of drilling and production spherical pulsation dampeners with a volumetric size range from 10 gallons to 20 gallons capacities and pressure range from 5000 psi to 7500 psi. The body of the TSC spherical pulsation dampeners is manufactured from a one-piece steel forging, eliminating the possibility of weld fatigue failure, as is possible in some other designs.
9. TSC’s fluid end accessories are available for most of the popular triplex mud pumps. CNC machining makes these accessories uniformly dimensional and interchangeable with OEM. The perfect exterior surface reflects the superior inside quality.
