CM Energy's Two Qingdao-based Professional Companies Undergo Name Change and Rebranding

On July 25th, two Qingdao-based subsidiaries of CM Energy held a simultaneous name-changing and unveiling ceremony. The English name of Qingdao TSC Offshore Equipment Co., Ltd. (TSC-OE) remains unchanged after the renaming, focusing on ship and marine engineering as well as the development of marine new energy equipment. The former TSC Oil and Gas Services Group Holdings Limited was renamed "TSC Oil and Gas Equipment Tech Co., Ltd." (TSC-OG), specializing in the technological development of intelligent equipment in the oil and gas field. The management team of CM Energy and employee representatives from both companies attended the ceremony.

After the name change, TSC-OE and TSC-OG will, on the basis of their original businesses, further integrate technical resources and industrial capabilities to enhance their overall competence and level.
