Recently, TSC Oil and Gas Services Group Holdings Limited (TSC-OG), a subsidiary of CM Energy, successfully delivered the WF800 Type DC Motor-Driven Mud Pump Unit to the Nanhai 9 drilling rig of China Oilfield Services Limited(COSL). Additionally, the company has obtained the Certificate of Marine Product for mud pump issued by the China Classification Society (CCS), becoming the first domestic mud pump supplier to achieve this certification.
The certified product is one of TSC-OG's self-developed WF (Work Force) series high-performance mud pumps. With core advantages such as "small size, lightweight, high precision, excellent balance, and long service life", the product has become an ideal equipment for oil drilling and workover operations. The CCS product certification process is extremely rigorous, covering product design and calculation, inspections throughout the manufacturing process (from raw material traceability to welding/processing/assembly), and final full-load testing. All processes were supervised on-site by CCS surveyors to ensure that the entire design, manufacturing, and testing procedures fully comply with relevant standards for marine engineering. The successful acquisition of the CCS certificate of marine product for the mud pump fully demonstrates the company's R&D and manufacturing capabilities.
Against the backdrop of accelerated localization of marine engineering equipment, Certificate of Marine Product by CCS has become a key qualification for marine and offshore equipment to enter the market. This certification not only opens up channels for TSC-OG to expand into markets such as shale gas and deep-sea oil and gas development but also accelerates the import substitution process for national high-end equipment. In the future, relying on its independent R&D, manufacturing, and certification advantages, CM Energy will continue to collaborate with industrial chain partners to deepen independent technological breakthroughs in deep-sea oil and gas development equipment, contributing to the construction of the national energy security guarantee system.
