TSC-HHCT' hydrogen production power supply includes two core product systems: SCR power supplies and IGBT DC power supplies, adopting a water-cooled modular design architecture that supports flexible capacity expansion. Take the DC-12000A SCR power supply device as an example, it is compatible with 1,500 Nm³ electrolyzers. By applying 24-pulse phase-shifting rectification technology, it significantly reduces harmonic pollution, ensuring the stable operation of the power system. Meanwhile, it uses a standard dual closed-loop control system with a voltage outer loop and current inner loop to achieve precise current and voltage regulation. It also features reliable hardware safety blocking protection to comprehensively ensure the safe operation of equipment. Verified by trial operation, the power supply maintains stable performance in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, with all performance indicators meeting the application requirements of electrolyzers.
