Preface:
The achievement presentation and closing ceremony for the first phase of the CM Energy Young Elite (E-Youth) Training Camp were successfully held and came to a fruitful conclusion.
From February 5 to 6, 2026, the six-month systematic "training-combat integration" development program was successfully completed, marking a substantial breakthrough in the company's implementation of the "Talent Strengthens Enterprise" strategy and the construction of a talent engine to support the execution of the 15th Five-Year Plan.

Representatives from the company's President's Office, heads of headquarters departments, and mentors attended the closing ceremony to witness the occasion. The Chief Executive Officer delivered a speech and expressed his high expectations for the young elites. The CEO first congratulated on the successful conclusion of the inaugural training camp, fully affirming the dedication and growth of all participants over the past six months. He also emphasized the significance of young talents as a core competitive strength for the company, in light of the company's 15th Five-Year Plan and its third entrepreneurial journey. He encouraged all young elites to regard this training camp as a new starting point, bravely shoulder their responsibilities, and translate what they have learned into practical capabilities for their work. He urged them to remain dedicated to their positions, strive for excellence, and not only become versatile "Five Know-how" talents, but also take the lead as pioneers and pacesetters in driving the company's green transformation and high-quality development.




During the achievement presentation session, participants showcased their learning and application outcomes through project presentations centered on the principle of "applying what has been learned." The presentations were exceptionally impressive. Based on the participants' comprehensive performance, the quality of their implemented outcomes, and their teamwork, the judging panel selected recipients for the Outstanding Participant Award, Outstanding Individual Achievement Award, and Outstanding Team Award.
