The Skid-Mounted Hydrogen Fueling Station adopts the container skid structure, the Hydrogen Dispenser is front-loaded and the PDC Hydrogen Compressor is located in the middle of the skid. The Sequence Control Module is located at the rear of the skid. The overall footprint is small, easy to use and maintain, with high safety. Cater to customized demand of 200~1000Kg/12h@12.5MPa, up to 35MPa.

Product Details
1. PDC Hydrogen Compressor
The hydrogen compression system of the Skid-Mounted Hydrogen Fueling Station consists of a hydrogen side die assembly, a three-layer metal diaphragm group and a compressor suction and exhaust valve. After the hydraulic oil is pumped to the oil side of the diaphragm group, the reciprocating movement makes the hydraulic oil entering the oil side of the membrane head push the diaphragm group to move to the hydrogen side of the membrane head, and then the volume of the compression chamber on the hydrogen side of the membrane head changes, and the compressed hydrogen flows into the compressor through the suction and exhaust valves of the compressor.
2. Hydrogen Dispenser
Hydrogen dispenser is a device that safely fueling high-pressure hydrogen from cylinder assemblies storage for gaseous hydrogen and tube trailers for gaseous hydrogen and compressors to gaseous hydrogen storage vessel of fuel cell vehicles, including high-pressure pipelines, valves, fueling guns, hydrogen metering, pricing displays, etc.
3. Sequence Control Module
The 45MPa sequence control module is used to control the fueling sequence of the compressor for the high, medium and low pressure cylinders, and at the same time control the hydrogen extraction sequence from the high, medium and low pressure cylinder assemblies storage for gaseous hydrogen.
