To deepen the construction of CM Energy's youth talent echelon, consolidate the human resource foundation for the company's high-quality development, and fully align with the human resource strategic deployment of China Merchants Industry, the first Youth Backbone Training Camp (E-Youth) of CM Energy was officially launched on June 26 at Qingdao TSC Offshore Equipment Co., Ltd. 30 youth backbones from the headquarters of CM Energy and each business segment, together with 26 mentors, gathered to start the first phase of courses with full learning enthusiasm, marking that the company's talent strategy has entered a new stage of "proactive attack and precise forging".
As the core project of CM Energy's talent cultivation, the "E-Youth" project focuses on the company's strategic development needs, implements differentiated cultivation strategies for different cultivation stages, focuses on strengthening core capability modules such as management communication, problem-solving, innovative thinking and AI tool application, and strives to improve job competence and team collaboration ability. At the same time, it gives play to the "mentoring" role of mentors, promotes the systematic inheritance of organizational experience and the deep precipitation of knowledge systems through forms such as experience sharing, internal training and topic guidance, and constructs a excellent talent cultivation ecology of "old driving new and new promoting old".
The first phase of the course (June 26 to 28) covers strategic planning, customer relationship management, quality profit and the practice of data-based plans. The workshop *Mentor Teaching Skills Training* aims to improve the efficiency of talent cultivation. Through analyzing key tasks and formulating personalized topics, precise teaching is realized. The actual combat session adopts the "Six-Step Counseling Plan Formulation Method" and the "Four-Stage Process of Topic Improvement" to help mentors transform strategic goals into actual improvement projects and solve core business problems.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of CM Energy, the company launched the E-Youth training camp lasting for 6 months.
