The MSI (MFSS) primarily comprises several essential components, including the filling and transfer system, the supply system, auxiliary systems, and the control and safety systems. We have the capability to design and manufacture an MFSS unit independently or deliver a complete system customized to meet specific requirements.
1. Expertise in the Industry - Our team possesses extensive experience in designing and building dual-fuel vessels, liquefied gas carriers, chemical tankers, and related systems.
2. Comprehensive Offerings - We provide integrated solutions for MSI (MFSS), LNG Fuel Supply Systems (FGSS), Ammonia Fuel Supply Systems (AFSS), and LPG Cargo Handling Systems (CHS).
3. Proven Success - With 19 successful ship sets delivered for clean fuel supply and cargo handling systems, we have supplied two methanol fuel supply system skids to Stena RoRo.
4. Innovative Leadership - As pioneers in the domestic development of methanol fuel supply units, we began our research, development, and sales activities in late 2022.
5. Support Across the Lifecycle - We offer full lifecycle support, from design and manufacturing to installation, continued construction of multiple units, and comprehensive after-sales services.
1. METHANOL SUPPLY UNIT: This unit ensures compliance with engine manufacturers' specifications for methanol, including parameters like pressure, temperature, flow rate, and cleanliness. It consistently maintains pressure and flow, regardless of engine loads, and operates accurately during startup, shutdown, or operational transitions.
2. FILLING & DELIVERY SYSTEM: Adhering to the stringent SOLAS-IBC Code regulations for chemical vessels, this system ensures safe methanol bunkering, storage, and transfer. It accounts for methanol's low flashpoint, corrosive properties, and toxicity, ensuring safe handling at all times.
3. FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION WITH MODULAR DESIGN: The system's modular design offers flexibility in installation, enabling customization to meet the specific needs of each vessel. It can be provided as standalone units or integrated into a comprehensive system.
4. COMPLIANCE WITH CHEMICAL & FUEL SAFETY STANDARDS: Designed to meet both chemical handling (SOLAS-IBC Code) and low flashpoint fuel safety standards (IGF Code), ensuring secure operations under all conditions.
5. CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS FOR SHIPOWNERS: We offer tailored solutions for new builds or retrofits, providing shipowners with flexible and dependable options customized to their specific operational requirements.
DNV AIP Certificate
1. Review the vessel's design drawings and interface requirements, followed by completing the necessary technical clarifications.
2. Gather the required installation tools, equipment, and safety measures.
3. Transport the prefabricated methanol fuel supply system module to the installation site and position it using lifting equipment.
4. Secure the base of the module to the vessel structure, ensuring it meets the required levelness and stability as per design specifications.
5. Connect the methanol transfer pipelines, auxiliary system piping, and control cables, ensuring the integrity of electrical connections and sealing performance.
6. Perform individual and integrated system debugging to verify the performance of each subsystem, including bunkering, supply, and control safety functions.
