The MFSS-Methanol Feed System (MFSS) consists of several key components, including the filling and transfer system, supply system, auxiliary systems, and control and safety systems. We are capable of designing and manufacturing an MFSS unit independently or providing a fully customized system tailored to meet specific requirements.
1. Industry Expertise - Our team has extensive experience in designing and constructing dual-fuel vessels, chemical tankers, liquefied gas carriers, and related systems.
2. Comprehensive Solutions - We offer integrated solutions, including Methanol Fuel Supply Systems (MFSS), LNG Fuel Supply Systems (FGSS), Ammonia Fuel Supply Systems (AFSS), and LPG Cargo Handling Systems (CHS).
3. Track Record of Success - We have delivered 19 successful ship sets for clean fuel supply and cargo handling systems, including two MFSS-Methanol Feed System skids to Stena RoRo.
4. Innovative Leadership - As pioneers in the domestic development of methanol fuel supply units, we began our R&D and sales activities in late 2022.
5. Support Throughout the Lifecycle - From design and manufacturing to installation, and ongoing construction of multiple units, we provide comprehensive after-sales services for full lifecycle support.
1. METHANOL SUPPLY UNIT: This unit ensures that methanol parameters—such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and cleanliness—comply with engine manufacturers' requirements. It guarantees consistent pressure and flow, regardless of engine load, and operates effectively during startup, shutdown, or operational transitions.
2. FILLING & DELIVERY SYSTEM: Compliant with the stringent SOLAS-IBC Code regulations for chemical vessels, this system ensures safe methanol bunkering, storage, and transfer. It is designed to safely handle methanol's low flashpoint, toxicity, and corrosive nature during all operations.
3. MODULAR DESIGN WITH FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION: The modular design of the system allows for flexible installation, enabling customization to meet the vessel's specific needs. It can be provided either as standalone units or integrated into a complete system.
4. CONFORMANCE WITH CHEMICAL & FUEL SAFETY REGULATIONS: The system is designed to meet both chemical handling safety standards (SOLAS-IBC Code) and low flashpoint fuel safety standards (IGF Code), ensuring secure operations under all conditions.
5. CUSTOM SOLUTIONS FOR SHIPOWNERS: We provide tailored solutions for new builds or retrofits, offering shipowners reliable and adaptable options customized to their specific operational needs.
DNV AIP Certificate
1. Begin by reviewing the vessel's design drawings and interface requirements, followed by completing the necessary technical clarifications.
2. Collect the required installation tools, equipment, and implement safety measures.
3. Transport the prefabricated methanol fuel supply system module to the installation site, positioning it using lifting equipment.
4. Secure the module base to the vessel structure, ensuring it aligns with the specified levelness and stability requirements as per the design.
5. Connect the methanol transfer pipelines, auxiliary system piping, and control cables, ensuring the integrity of electrical connections and sealing performance.
6. Conduct individual and integrated system debugging to verify the functionality of each subsystem, including bunkering, supply, and control safety features.
