The methanol fuel supply system (MFSS) is primarily composed of several key components: the filling and transfer system, the supply system, auxiliary systems, along with control and safety systems. We have the capability to either design and manufacture an MFSS unit independently or deliver a complete system tailored to specific requirements.
1. Industry Expertise - Our team has extensive experience in designing and constructing dual-fuel vessels, liquefied gas carriers, chemical tankers, and their related systems.
2. Comprehensive Solutions - We offer integrated services for Methanol Fuel Supply Systems (MFSS), LNG Fuel Supply Systems (FGSS), Ammonia Fuel Supply Systems (AFSS), and LPG Cargo Handling Systems (CHS).
3. Proven Track Record - With 19 successful ship sets in clean fuel supply and cargo handling systems, we have successfully delivered two Methanol Fuel Supply System skids to Stena RoRo.
4. Innovative Leadership - As pioneers among domestic developers of methanol fuel supply units, we began our research and development as well as sales activities at the end of 2022.
5. Support Throughout the Lifecycle - We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle, which includes design, manufacturing, installation, ongoing construction of multiple units, and thorough after-sales service.
1. METHANOL SUPPLY UNIT: This unit ensures compliance with engine manufacturer specifications related to methanol, addressing parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and cleanliness. It consistently maintains pressure and flow regardless of engine loads and responds accurately during start-up, shutdown, or when switching operations.
2. FILLING & DELIVERY SYSTEM: This system adheres to the stringent regulations established for chemical vessels (SOLAS-IBC Code) regarding methanol bunkering, storage, and transfer, ensuring the safe handling of methanol while considering its low flashpoint, corrosive nature, and toxicity.
3. FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION WITH MODULAR DESIG*: Our system incorporates a modular design that allows for versatile installation options, enabling customization based on the specific needs of the vessel. It can be provided as standalone units or as part of a cohesive package.
4. COMPLIANCE WITH CHEMICAL & FUEL SAFETY STANDARDS: The design meets both chemical handling standards (SOLAS-IBC Code) and safety regulations for fuels with low flashpoints (IGF Code), guaranteeing secure operations under all circumstances
5.*CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS FOR SHIPOWNER*: We offer tailored integration for new constructions or retrofits, providing shipowners with flexible and reliable solutions customized to their operational needs.
DNV AIP Certificate
1. Verify the vessel design drawings and interface requirements, followed by completing the necessary technical clarifications.
2. Assemble the required installation tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
3. Transport the prefabricated methanol fuel supply system module to the installation site and use lifting equipment to position it correctly in the designated location.
4. Secure the base of the module according to the vessel's structure to ensure it meets design criteria for levelness and stability.
5. Connect the methanol transfer pipelines, auxiliary system piping, and control cables, ensuring sealing performance and the integrity of the electrical connections.
6. Conduct both individual and integrated debugging of the supply system to validate each subsystem's performance, covering bunkering, supply, and control safety functions.
