The Methanol Injection Supply Assembly (MFSS) is composed of several essential subsystems, including the filling and transfer module, the main supply unit, auxiliary support systems, and safety and control mechanisms. We have the capability to independently design and manufacture MFSS units, or to deliver fully customized systems based on specific client requirements.
1. Expertise Across the Industry – Our team brings deep-rooted experience in the design and construction of dual-fuel vessels, chemical tankers, liquefied gas carriers, and associated engineering systems.
2. Integrated, Full-Scope Solutions – We offer complete solutions encompassing Methanol Injection Supply Assembly (MFSS), LNG Fuel Supply Systems (FGSS), Ammonia Fuel Supply Systems (AFSS), and LPG Cargo Handling Systems (CHS).
3. Proven Track Record – We have completed 19 successful deliveries of clean fuel supply and cargo handling systems, including two MFSS skids delivered to Stena RoRo, affirming our commitment to quality and performance.
4. Pioneering Innovation – As a forerunner in the domestic development of methanol fuel supply units, we initiated our R\&D and sales operations as early as late 2022.
5. Lifecycle-Spanning Support – From system design and production to installation and multi-unit construction, we provide full-spectrum after-sales support throughout the entire lifecycle.
1. METHANOL SUPPLY UNIT – This unit ensures that methanol parameters—such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and cleanliness—consistently align with engine manufacturers’ specifications. It maintains stable pressure and flow regardless of engine load and functions reliably during startup, shutdown, or transitions.
2. FILLING & DELIVERY SYSTEM – Designed in strict accordance with SOLAS-IBC Code standards applicable to chemical tankers, this system ensures safe handling of methanol—during bunkering, storage, and transfer—while accounting for its low flashpoint, toxicity, and corrosiveness.
3. MODULAR STRUCTURE FOR FLEXIBLE DEPLOYMENT – Thanks to its modular architecture, the system can be installed flexibly and adapted to the vessel’s configuration. It is available either as an individual unit or as part of a fully integrated system.
4. COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY STANDARDS FOR CHEMICALS & FUELS – The system is engineered to comply with both the chemical safety regulations of the SOLAS-IBC Code and the low flashpoint fuel standards of the IGF Code, ensuring safe operations at all times.
5. CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS FOR VESSEL OWNERS – Whether for newbuild projects or retrofit applications, we deliver tailored system solutions that are both reliable and adaptable to the operational demands of shipowners.
DNV AIP Certificate
1. Conduct a thorough review of the vessel’s design documentation and interface specifications, followed by resolving any outstanding technical clarifications.
2. Gather all required installation equipment and tools, and implement safety procedures before proceeding.
3. Deliver the prefabricated methanol fuel supply module to the installation area and position it using the appropriate lifting gear.
4. Fasten the module base to the vessel’s structure, ensuring precise alignment and compliance with design-level flatness and stability requirements.
5. Connect the methanol piping system, auxiliary pipelines, and control cables, verifying sealing performance and the integrity of all electrical connections.
6. Perform both subsystem-specific and integrated system tests to confirm the operational readiness of bunkering, supply, and safety control features.
