TheMethanol Fuel Management System (MFSS) comprises multiple key subsystems, including the filling and transfer module, primary supply unit, auxiliary support mechanisms, and safety and control elements. We possess the capability to design and manufacture MFSS units independently or deliver entirely customized solutions according to specific customer needs.
1. Comprehensive Industry Expertise – Our team holds extensive experience in designing and constructing dual-fuel vessels, chemical tankers, liquefied gas carriers, and related engineering systems.
2. Fully Integrated Solutions – We provide end-to-end services that include Methanol Fuel Management System (MFSS), LNG Fuel Supply Systems (FGSS), Ammonia Fuel Supply Systems (AFSS), and LPG Cargo Handling Systems (CHS).
3. Established Delivery Record – With 19 successful clean fuel supply and cargo handling system deliveries—two of which were MFSS skids supplied to Stena RoRo—we demonstrate proven reliability and quality.
4. Innovation Leadership – As a pioneer in domestic methanol fuel supply unit development, we launched our R\&D and sales efforts in late 2022.
5. End-to-End Lifecycle Services – Our support spans the entire lifecycle, from system design and manufacturing through to installation and multi-unit deployment, including comprehensive after-sales service.
1. METHANOL SUPPLY UNIT – This unit ensures that parameters such as methanol pressure, temperature, flow rate, and cleanliness are always maintained in accordance with engine makers' standards. It consistently provides stable pressure and flow across different engine loads and operates reliably during startups, shutdowns, and transitions.
2. FILLING & DELIVERY SYSTEM – Engineered in full compliance with the SOLAS-IBC Code for chemical tankers, this system guarantees the safe management of methanol during bunkering, storage, and transfer, taking into account its low flashpoint, toxicity, and corrosive nature.
3. MODULAR STRUCTURE FOR FLEXIBLE DEPLOYMENT – With its modular design, the system can be flexibly installed and adapted to fit various vessel configurations. It is offered either as a standalone unit or as part of an integrated system package.
4. ADHERENCE TO SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR FUELS & CHEMICALS – The system has been designed to meet both SOLAS-IBC chemical safety codes and IGF Code standards for low flashpoint fuels, thereby ensuring operational safety at all times.
5. VESSEL-SPECIFIC CUSTOMIZATION – Whether intended for newly built ships or retrofitted vessels, our system solutions are tailored to meet shipowners' operational needs with both adaptability and reliability.
DNV AIP Certificate
1. Carefully review the vessel’s design documents and interface specifications, addressing any unresolved technical issues beforehand.
2. Prepare all necessary tools and equipment for installation, and implement safety measures prior to beginning work.
3. Transport the prefabricated methanol fuel supply module to the designated installation zone and position it using suitable lifting tools.
4. Secure the module’s base to the ship’s structure, ensuring exact alignment and compliance with requirements for flatness and stability at the design level.
5. Complete the connection of the methanol pipeline, auxiliary systems, and control wiring, ensuring sealing quality and verifying all electrical connections.
6. Conduct both individual subsystem tests and integrated system evaluations to confirm the operational functionality of bunkering, supply, and safety control systems.
