INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Conduct comprehensive review of vessel documentation and interface requirements, resolving technical queries pre-installation.

2. Prepare installation tools,equipment while implementing necessary safety measures prior to commencement.

3. Transport pre-assembled MFSS modules to installation site using appropriate lifting,positioning equipment.

4. Secure module foundations to vessel structure, verifying alignment accuracy and compliance with flatness,stability specifications.

5. Connect methanol transfer lines, auxiliary piping networks, and control cabling with verified leak-tightness and electrical continuity.

6. Execute subsystem verification and integrated functional testing to validate bunkering operations, fuel delivery performance, and safety interlocks.
