The self-developed and manufactured low-pressure LNG fuel supply system by TSC has been in operation on actual vessels for one year and is currently functioning normally. TSC can package C-type tank products to meet customer demands, placing the LNG system's equipment piping within the tank's cold box TCS, resulting in a space-saving, safe, and reliable solution. Moreover, in response to market needs, TSC has also collaborated with MAN to design and sell high-pressure FGSS systems.
Product Description

Engineered specifically for MAN GI engines, the HP FGSS employs PVU technology to enhance LNG pressure beyond 300 bar. This innovative system results in roughly 90% lower methane emissions when compared to MAN GA engines. The LP FGSS variant, on the other hand, is tailored for Otto-cycle gas engines, functioning at sub-16-bar pressures. To ensure optimal gas management, the LNG Fuel Transfer & Vaporization Unit integrates seamlessly both a gas combustion unit (GCU) and a gas boiler for efficient processing of boil-off gas (BOG).
