LNG Fuel Infusion System for Dual-Fuel Engines

The self-developed and manufactured low-pressure LNG fuel supply system by TSC has been in operation on actual vessels for one year and is currently functioning normally. TSC can package C-type tank products to meet customer demands, placing the LNG system's equipment piping within the tank's cold box TCS, resulting in a space-saving, safe, and reliable solution. Moreover, in response to market needs, TSC has also collaborated with MAN to design and sell high-pressure FGSS systems.
Product Description

HP FGSS Engineered exclusively for MAN GI engines, this LNG Fuel Infusion System for Dual-Fuel Engines employs PVU technology to boost LNG pressure above 300 bar, achieving methane emission levels roughly 90% lower than MAN GA engines. The LP FGSS variant serves Otto-cycle gas engines, operating at pressures under 16 bar. For complete gas management, the system can incorporate both a gas combustion unit (GCU) and gas boiler to handle boil-off gas (BOG) efficiently.

Installation Procedure

1. Prior to installation, perform a thorough review of the vessel's design documentation to confirm all system interface requirements through technical verification.

2. All required tools and safety equipment must be assembled, with proper safety protocols established before work commencement.

3. Using appropriate lifting machinery, move the pre-assembled fuel supply module to the designated installation area for precise placement.

4. The module should be firmly anchored to its base, with careful attention given to stability and compliance with the vessel's structural and design parameters.

5. All connections - including transfer pipelines, auxiliary piping networks, and control cabling - must be properly installed, with each connection verified for leak-tightness and electrical functionality.

6. System verification involves both component-level and comprehensive integrated testing to validate performance across all operational aspects, from bunkering operations to supply functions and safety control mechanisms.
