LNG Fuel Gas Supply System

The self-developed and manufactured low-pressure LNG fuel supply system by TSC has been in operation on actual vessels for one year and is currently functioning normally. TSC can package C-type tank products to meet customer demands, placing the LNG system's equipment piping within the tank's cold box TCS, resulting in a space-saving, safe, and reliable solution. Moreover, in response to market needs, TSC has also collaborated with MAN to design and sell high-pressure FGSS systems.
Product Description

HP FGSS is tailored specifically for MAN GI engines, utilizing PVU technology to enhance LNG pressure beyond 300 bar. This results in methane emissions that are approximately 90% lower than those from MAN GA engines. The LP FGSS variant is designed for Otto-cycle gas engines and operates at pressures below 16 bar. To efficiently manage gas, the LNG Fuel Gas Supply System can integrate both a gas combustion unit (GCU) and a gas boiler to effectively address boil-off gas (BOG).

Installation Procedure

1. Prior to installation, meticulously review the vessel's design documents to verify all system interface requirements through technical verification.

2. Assemble all necessary tools and safety gear, ensuring proper safety protocols are in place before commencing work.

3. Employ appropriate lifting equipment to carefully position the pre-assembled fuel supply module in the designated installation location for precise placement.

4. Firmly anchor the module to its base, prioritizing stability and adherence to the vessel’s structural and design specifications.

5. Install all connections—including transfer pipelines, auxiliary piping networks, and control cabling—and check each connection for leak-tightness and electrical integrity.

6. Conduct system verification through testing individual components as well as comprehensive integration tests to ensure performance across all operational dimensions, including bunkering processes, supply functions, and safety control systems.
