LNG Fuel Gas Management System

The self-developed and manufactured low-pressure LNG fuel supply system by TSC has been in operation on actual vessels for one year and is currently functioning normally. TSC can package C-type tank products to meet customer demands, placing the LNG system's equipment piping within the tank's cold box TCS, resulting in a space-saving, safe, and reliable solution. Moreover, in response to market needs, TSC has also collaborated with MAN to design and sell high-pressure FGSS systems.
Product Description

Engineered exclusively for MAN GI engines, the HP FGSS, part of a broader LNG Fuel Supply System, utilizes PVU technology to elevate LNG pressure beyond 300 bar. This advanced system accomplishes approximately 90% lower methane emissions compared to MAN GA engines. The LP FGSS variant is specifically designed for Otto-cycle gas engines, operating at sub-16-bar pressures. For optimal gas management, the system seamlessly integrates both a gas combustion unit (GCU) and a gas boiler to efficiently process boil-off gas (BOG).
